What is BranchLink?

This is a term that US Mortgage uses to describe the financial arrangement between the parent company and the branch. With BranchLink, the branch pays all of its operating costs and as a result, gains all the advantages of being a true mortgage banker.

What is the difference between BranchLink and all other Branch Affiliate Programs?

From their inception, one of the greatest benefits of Branch Affiliate programs is to provide the opportunity for Branch Managers, top-producing Loan Officers and Mortgage Brokers to become Mortgage Bankers. Today however, most Branch Affiliate programs are structured as a broker program, which defeats the purpose of becoming a Branch Affiliate! US Mortgage branches bank over 90% of their loans, as a true Mortgage Banker should.

What kind of products does US Mortgage offer?
